Hey Mama, I know you've been supporting your child, but it's still so tough, right? Balancing home and school life is chaotic enough, and now you're worried about their mood and anxiety after big changes. It breaks your heart to see them stressed about everything—siblings, friends, school, etc. You've tried so much, but you're still searching for answers. Here are some struggles with anxiety in children we can help with:

  • Overthinking and worry

  • Sadness and withdrawal

  • Shyness and not speaking up

  • Bullying at school

  • Avoiding school or activities

  • Social anxiety

  • Separation anxiety

Helping Kind kiddos

I work with thoughtful, kind kids (ages 4-10) who also happen to be quite anxious—little adults worried about everything. Some are naturally like this, while others have faced big changes and tough times.

We start by understanding your child's world—what they struggle with, what they're great at, and how your family fits into the picture. Following we’ll meet weekly.

  • For little ones (4-7): Weekly child-parent sessions to keep you involved.

  • For older kids (7-10): Individual play and art-based sessions for their self-expression.

We create the plan together because you know your child best. We check in every 3-4 weeks to see how things are going and make tweaks as needed. You might see changes in mood, emotional regulation, and social skills in about 2-4 months.

  • Individual sessions: Play-based and creative therapies for self-regulation, self-awareness, and communication.

  • Child-parent sessions: Focusing on emotional bonds and relationship skills at home.

  • Parent guidance sessions: Helping you with strategies to support your child outside of therapy and giving you a space to share concerns.
