In Office Visit 

 I'm so proud to offer a cozy and welcoming space designed just for your comfort. Whether you're in Oakland or Los Gatos, you'll get the same warm and inviting vibe.

Insurance 

I accept Aetna and Anthem Blue Cross insurance for therapy sessions, so if you’ve got coverage, that could help with costs!

If you have a different insurance provider, Mentaya can help you get reimbursed and streamline the process so you don’t have to deal with the paperwork hassle.

If insurance isn’t your thing, no worries! I also offer private pay, and payment is due within 24 hours via auto-payment. You can pay with credit cards, FSA/HSA cards, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal—whatever works best for you.

Telehealth or Online Sessions Across California

We make sure you can access therapy by phone or online. Your well-being matters to me, so I make it easy to connect and get the support you need, whenever it suits you.

Payment

Payment is due within 24 hours via auto-payment. We accept all major credit cards, FSA/HSA cards, Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal.

Private Pay Costs

·        Individual Session (50 minutes): $160

·        Family Session (50 minutes, 2 members- children ages 4-7): $200

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full session cost.

Good Faith Estimate

·        You have the right to a "Good Faith Estimate" of expected costs.

·        Especially useful for patients without insurance.

·        Request an estimate before scheduling.

·        Dispute any bills $400+ over the estimate.
