The TOO-COMMON experience of "having it all".

I meet with women like ‘Jane’ who have so much on their plates. Holding it all together is her superpower, but now she's stuck in an overwhelming dance between feeling stuck, unrelenting worries, and the occasional urge to run away from it all. Finding a rhythm is tough, even with the good things in her life. Decision-making used to be easier; now it feels off and unclear. She's exhausted from bottling everything up, wondering if anyone cares about her happiness as much as she cares about theirs. Jane is tired of people-pleasing and feels like her own worst enemy, never getting her way at home or work. Overthinking, shame, loneliness, and a loss of direction are real in her daily life.

P.S. Jane's a fictional name, but her story is super common among women who "have it all."

Helping strong women who take on too much

I’m Mariana Chavez,  I help strong and sensible women who take on too much, those who have the world to give and have it all, and who feel burdened, overwhelmed, and drowned in obligation and responsibility for everyone but themselves.

Start with Tangible Growth (3-6 months)

·        We'll start with a strengths-based assessment, so we have a common understanding of your GOALS, life themes, conflicts, relationships, and overall life circumstances.

·      Then each week, we'll have 50-minute sessions where you'll dive into practicing tools and strategies. You'll apply what you learn in daily life, and you can expect to see positive changes in about 3-6 months.

Here is how:

·       We'll integrate part of SELF-work with somatic (aka body-mind based) inquiries to boost self-awareness.

·       Emotional Tools: Learn to recognize and manage your emotions with the Alba Emoting Method.

·       Mindfulness Practices: Guided exercises to release tension and develop lifelong self-regulation skills.

·     You’ll start to build confidence and start enjoying life every day.
