Helping Kind Girls
I work with thoughtful, kind Girls (ages 4-10) who also happen to be quite anxious—little adults worried about everything. Some are naturally like this, while others have faced big changes and tough times.

We start by understanding your daughter’s world—her struggles, strengths, and how the family can help. We create the plan together because you know your daughter best.
Therapy sessions are weekly, adapting to her emotional needs by age:
-
Girls (4-7 years): Weekly Child-Parent sessions focusing on attachment and the security you provide.
-
Older girls (7-10 years): Weekly individual play and art sessions for self-expression.
Parent Guidance Sessions every 3-4 weeks: We review progress, adjust strategies, and provide space to share your concerns more freely.
Expect changes in mood, emotional regulation, and social skills within 2-4 months.
